We are in Week 21... what a week.
We saw the specialist, everything looks alright for baby Chase. He has fluid on the kidneys and the the two vessel cord, but he is measuring right on target and we will continue to monitor his growth.
He now has a new doctor that we will see as well as my OB. Erik and I really like the specialist. He is straight forward and not cold at all. We have been lucky to find two great doctors that we respect. Its something we lucked out on, but I strongly suggest to anyone expecting to really make sure you like your doctor and his/her staff. You start to feel like you see these people more than your family.
As for week 21, other than alot of work and just life stuff, it's been pretty good. My aunt and cousin came to town for a short visit. My mom sent the first round of baby goodies including hoodies with little ears on them, onesies and tiny socks! It was so fun to open all her little gifts for baby chase.
Then Erik's mom got him a gloworm and a blanket with "prince" on it. He's already spoiled! Just like his mama! =)
As far as the pregnancy goes, this has been the week been the week of kicking! I can feel him move alot more this week. I love feeling him move! Other than that, everything is going great, I am getting a bit uncomfortable with the heat, I can't wait for Fall! Although I am dreading tyring to find maternity sweaters. Ughhh.... =(
