So when did this happen? From nights when you would cry non-stop to you sitting peacefully in your bouncer next to me as I work on the computer. That's right, I actually have the ability to work a bit during the day now!! You don't need me to hold you 24/7 anymore... its more like 18/7 now. And I miss you!
I miss you crying because you are so small and wish you were back in my tummy. You wake up and look around at the fans and lights in our house with such wonder and amazement. I can see you trying to figure out the world you were brought into. All the sights and noises are starting to excite you now. You are even working on trying to smile. And when I see that, I can't say anything, I just stare in adoration at my little wonder. You are even "talking" more these days. With little squeaks and cues you let me know exactly what you are thinking. My only response is "Can you stay this small forever and need me forever? "
they really do grow up fast... everyone was right.
